Yoga nidra is a deeply relaxing guided meditation. It evokes a profound state of deep relaxation and a release of physical and mental tension. We will explore some of science of yoga nidra and how it relates to sleep, experience a few yoga nidra sessions and do some gentle movement. Recordings of the yoga nidra sessions will be available after the class.

The OM mantra produces benefits that can help heal stress accumulation in the minds of people living in our overstimulated, busy lives. Benefits of chanting the “OM” mantra include: stress reduction, improved circulation, improved mood, stronger spinal cord and core, helps to detoxify the body and improves sleep.
Please plan to arrive 10 mins early and wear comfortable clothing :). We provide alkaline water and all of the props to site comfortably including chairs. If you'd like to bring a water bottle you could, otherwise we have cups.
